We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk Level 3 to join our Wichita, KS office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from physical and digital documents into our company database. Your attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data from physical and digital documents into our company database with high accuracy and efficiency
* Verify information for accuracy and update internal reports and spreadsheets as needed
* Manage workload to ensure that priority items are completed quickly and efficiently
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's data management systems and processes
* Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong Excel skills, including:
+ Pivot tables
+ VLOOKUPS
+ Advanced formulas
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
