You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like live chat resolution, product troubleshooting, billing inquiries, tone calibration, refund handling, technical walk-throughs, and upsell/cross-sell interactions—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.On a typical day, you will converse with the model on realistic support scenarios and customer engagement tasks, verify accuracy and professionalism, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.A bachelor’s or associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is ideal; prior experience in customer support, helpdesk platforms, or support QA signal fit.
