About the position As a Consulting Principal – Associate Director, you will play a pivotal domain consulting role in leading strategic transformation initiatives for client’s Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) programs. You will collaborate closely with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and multi-supplier partners to drive impactful change within the organization. Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of operating models and governance frameworks for ADM programs. • Drive AMS (Application Management Services) optimization and champion AI-first delivery strategies. • Oversee multi-supplier ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. • Manage Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver superior client outcomes. • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement. • Utilize automation, DevSecOps, SRE, and observability tools to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with safety-critical and regulated environments within the Oil & Gas sector. Requirements • Extensive experience (15+ years) in consulting within the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong record of success in large-scale transformation programs. • Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams and complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. • Experience working with senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration across business consulting and operational functions. • Expertise in managing Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver superior client outcomes. • Champion of AI-driven strategies to optimise delivery and accelerate transformation initiatives.
