Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH
Join our team and be part of our mission to enhance healthcare affordability for patients and restore the fulfillment of practicing medicine for providers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our clients and members.
Your Responsibilities...
Ā Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, offering skilled problem-solving and meeting set quality standards.
Ā Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism while providing accurate information to callers.
Ā Handle client and member inquiries related to claims payment, status, and coverage information with expertise.
Ā Interpret and follow client health plan protocols efficiently.
Ā Assist in claims processing by backing up the claims processing area with reports and workflow queues as assigned.
Ā Check and maintain accurate tracer documentation.
Ā Ensure complete and detailed call documentation.
Ā Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Ā Promptly return incoming calls.
Ā Take on additional projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ā 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare field.
Ā Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
Ā Background in healthcare or health insurance (BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans experience is a plus).
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multiple systems.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience would be highly valued.
Compensation And Benefits
Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive base pay range of $18.45 to $20.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly per our standard payroll practices.
