As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with customers, research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions, and operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness. **Responsibilities:**

รย *Qualifications:**
รย 2 years of customer service experience
รย Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
รย Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
รย Proficiency in using computers and internet to search for information
รย Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company
รย Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
รย Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
รย High school diploma or equivalent
รย Must be able to pass a background check
