Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service via phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction
Upsell products and services when opportunities arise, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to their needs and concerns
Participate in ongoing training and educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance
Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets, driving results and growth
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
Proven track record of over-achieving quota and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and empathy
Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types and situations
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
High school degree or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
