We are improving how companies use vehicles, reducing the size of their fleets and enabling the integration of e-vehicles.
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative, ideally in the American time zones.
What makes the job exciting?
You are the first point of contact with our English-speaking international customers and communicate independently via our chat, by email and by phone.
You take inquiries from our customers, analyze them and take care of their solution. Our customer support tool helps you to always keep track of things.
You observe which problems appear frequently and coordinate with our technical department to find permanent solutions.
You will become a Fleetster product expert and test new platform features before they are made available to our customers.

What you bring to the table:
You have excellent English communication skills.
You have 2+ years of experience in customer success or technical support.
You enjoy customer contact. You remain patient even in handling difficult cases.
You are reliable, organized and friendly.
