About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders and modifications, and escalating issues across multiple communication channels. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and provide empathetic support to frustrated customers will be essential in this role. Additionally, you should have experience working with computers and be comfortable navigating various software applications.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
Providing excellent customer service for high-volume inbound provider calls, and conducting extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives and providing guidance and support to ensure their success


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience working with computers
Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection, with a work location set up with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi)
High School diploma or GED equivalent


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and solutions to customers
Knowledge of claims research and processing, with experience working with multiple platforms and systems
