What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Interact with players to provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer/tablet/cell phone applications
Respond to and process inbound calls, real-time chat communications, and emails
Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers
Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
2 or more years of inbound/support call center experience
1 or more years of remote work experience with set KPIs
Reliable internet and ability to pass internet speed test
Ability to travel to lottery headquarters once each quarter
Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs
Experienced with troubleshooting internet connectivity, app, and browser issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong typing and data entry skills
