Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)
VIATEQ Corporation is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent to support our clients. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls, document details of your conversation, and use scripts and other resources to guide conversations.

Ā This role for government clients will require your ability to obtain a public trust entry of duty security clearance.
The Successful Customer Service Agent Will
Ā Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy
Ā Maintain sufficient reliable private internet connection, not supplied by use of cellular data with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
Ā Proficiently utilize online reference materials relating to the program to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information
Ā Utilize technical systems, effectively and efficiently, including desktop, call center specific phone systems and the internet
Ā Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics
Ā Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program
Ā Follow protocol and to apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
Must Have (Required):
Ā Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Ā Strong computer skills
Ā Ability to pass language knowledge assessment
Ā Strong internet connection due to the remote nature of this role
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Ā Bilingual or Multilingual
Ā Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
Ā Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only)
Ā Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors
Ā Previous experience with FEMA Call Center
