About the Role: Providing White-Glove Service to Our Valued Customers As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers across various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Your primary goal will be to deliver concierge-style service, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive, informative, and reflects the blithequark brand values. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through email, chat, and phone. Provide thoughtful, well-written messages that are an extension of the blithequark brand, ensuring consistency in tone and quality. Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to customers, leveraging your problem-solving skills and product knowledge. Track orders and provide updates to customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Identify recurring trends and patterns in customer inquiries, providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement process improvements. Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Competencies We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. We're looking for candidates with: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with at least one year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience working in a startup or technology environment, preferably with digital platforms and SaaS products. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer service platforms/tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, with a bias towards action and a clear understanding of urgency. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Comfort working in a high-volume role, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Skills and Experience That Set You Apart While not mandatory, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales.
