Join us in driving growth and improving lives. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and physicians, handling inbound calls to coordinate fertility plans and medications. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve customer issues, ensure 100% follow-up, and provide a seamless patient experience. You'll work closely with our team to escalate complex claims and ensure process efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** • **Patient Experience**: Handle inbound calls from patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications. Use your empathy and listening skills to understand their medical history and challenges with fertility. • **Process Efficiency**: Work with patients and physicians to ensure seamless coordination of fertility plans and medications. If residing in MA, hold a valid MA Tech license.
