[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst will work with internal business partners to provide value through software platforms and support various business units by translating needs into clear product requirements and collaborating with technical teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert on Content and Template management systems: assess the content management needs and advise on system capabilities, create a shared understanding among business and technical teamsCreate, update, and manage templates. Advise end users on template structure, content fragments breakdown and tagging to ensure consistencyTranslate business, user, and clinical needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with technical teams to ensure dependencies are considered and metProduce deliverables that facilitate understanding for quick feedback such as flow diagrams, data models, pros/cons, prototypes, wireframes and other illustrationsSpecify, prioritize and communicate high level and detailed requirements while following agile methodologyEvangelize your products across the organization, drive requirements elaboration and ensure desired positive impact is achieved.
