**Your Role**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers
* Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Making recommendations of products or services to close sales
* Providing white glove treatment to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
**What You Bring to the Role**
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
* 1 year or more of customer service experience
* 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
* Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Computer experience
* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
* A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
