**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
* Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve issues
* Making recommendations to customers to close sales and provide a personalized shopping experience
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and resolve complex issues
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A passion for high fashion brands and haute couture
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
* A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for remote work
