Key Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Every Day: Assisting Alliant Energy customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues. This may sometimes require de-escalating certain issues with customers in a professional manner. Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone—no sales required. Navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers. Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need. Requirements Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way.
