What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
- Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Upsell relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing in English
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
