Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Call Center Manager, you will:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages
Schedule, confirm, and update transportation appointments
Collect and enter accurate data into our systems
Handle complaints professionally
Make outbound calls for appointment coordination
Follow all department procedures and quality standards
Stay up to date on policies and protocols
Support team efforts to ensure exceptional client experiences
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
Excellent communication skills
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
Able to pass a Level II background check

Pay: $16.00 per hour
