Imagen combines advanced AI tools, integrated workflow technology, and dedicated operational support to create an efficient and sustainable radiology workflow. With AI embedded directly into PACS, 24/7 IT and operations support, and fully flexible scheduling, fellows can continue developing their clinical expertise while earning supplemental income and maintaining balance alongside fellowship training.

Compensation:
Pay-per-study or pay-per-wRVU structure with uncapped earning potential

Duties and Responsibilities:
Interpret a variety of diagnostic imaging studies including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality patient care
Build confidence and autonomy while working within a collaborative radiology environment
Communicate clearly and effectively with referring providers and care teams
Maintain quality standards while developing workflow efficiency and subspecialty expertise
Participate in quality assurance and contribute to a supportive, physician-led practice culture
Qualifications:
Current fellow or recently completed fellowship welcome
Interest in flexible remote practice and technology-enabled workflow preferred

The hourly expected compensation range (based on per-click rate) for this position is $300-$800 / hour. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
