Customer Service Representative -Bilingual
Local Insurance Office is looking to hire an Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative to join the team.
• Must be local to the office (within 10 miles) - we are located in Nassau County, NY on Long Island
• Must have reliable transportation to the office
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Customer Service / Working Experience Required (5+ years)
Bilingual - (English / Spanish)
No Weekends: Monday - 9am - 5pm
No Insurance License is Required / Insurance experience is helpful but not necessary.
Must be very personable and clear on the phone.
Must have reliable transportation to the office (not located near public transportation)

• Handle customer inquiries
• Answering Inbound Calls
• Greet Customers
• Maintain Customer Relationships

• EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS - Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Ability to speak professionally over the phone
