About the position

As a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) at Community Choice Financial, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both new and existing customers while assisting them with financial products. This role emphasizes customer advocacy, personal development, and maintaining a positive environment to foster brand loyalty and store growth.

Responsibilities
Ā• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.

Ā• Assist in customer account management (collections) by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
,
Ā• Work to meet Company set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
,
Ā• Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
,
Ā• Enter and maintain customer information in the Point-of-Sale system(s) with accuracy and integrity.
,
Ā• Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
,
Ā• Participate in ongoing trainings to stay up to date on our products and processes.
,
Ā• Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
,
Ā• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all levels.
,
Ā• Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend hours.

Requirements
Ā• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
,
Ā• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
,
Ā• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous behavior with customers and peers.
,
Ā• Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
,
Ā• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
,
Ā• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required.

Nice-to-haves
Ā• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience.

Ā• Experience in retail, financial services, loans, banking/bank teller, or service industry.
