The Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative provides advocate care to assist members with their health needs, ensuring they understand their benefits and claims.

• Remote position, Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6:30PM EST
• Engage with members to understand their health needs
• Review member claim history for accuracy
• Explain member rights and responsibilities
• Build trusting relationships with members
• Perform financial data maintenance
• 1-3 years of customer service experience required
• Behavioral health experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

Requirements
• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
• Experience in a Call Center atmosphere
• Preferred: Previous Behavioral Health experience
• Preferred: Medical or Insurance background
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
