Working remotely, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule, while ensuring CVS Health customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer calls and resolve pharmacy, prescription, and health benefit-related questions.
Navigate CVS Health systems to gather necessary information for resolution.
Educate customers about CVS Health services and programs.
Document all interactions and issues in the system.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate or resolve complex matters.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Comfortable using computer systems and working independently.
Must reside in or around San Jose, CA and be eligible to work in the U.S.
