1+ years of Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
Ability to multitask
Proficieny in written and spoken English
Must be able to pass a background check
Must provide own computer equipment (No Mac or Chromebooks)
Must provide hard-wired internet (No wifi)
