CVS Health is seeking Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives based in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist CVS Health members with pharmacy-related inquiries, prescription management, and general healthcare support from the comfort of your own home.
In this role, you will be instrumental in providing a positive experience for customers while working remotely. Your expertise in navigating the CVS Health systems will allow you to efficiently resolve issues and provide vital support for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls, assisting customers with questions related to pharmacy benefits, prescriptions, and healthcare services.
Use CVS Health systems to address and resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately.
Provide clear and concise information on CVS Health services and available health programs.
Document and track customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Must reside in or around Seattle, WA and be eligible to work in the U.S.
