Customer Service Representative - Aetna Medicaid

Position Summary
Must live within 50 miles of Charleston, WV
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You will be the face of CVS Health, delivering an excellent experience to our callers every time.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and more
Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not permitted)
Company-provided equipment and comprehensive training
Training Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (first 6 weeks)
Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
Requirements
Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to technical issues
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
Self-sufficient and able to work from home
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working remotely in a call center setting
Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay Range
$17.00 - $25.15 per hour (dependent on experience, education, and location)
