High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years experience in medical setting, preferably in an administrative role
Call center experience preferred
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to answer a high volume of calls
Experience working with computers and data entry
DME experience preferred
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Answer incoming phone calls from patients
Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system including name, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
Ensure the patient and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
Daily processing of purchase order exception reports
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
REMOTE/HYBRID TERMS:
Must train on-site at our Center Line Headquarters
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of minimum 3 days in office
