Job description Customer Service Representative (Franklin Square, NY) Customer Service Representative (Full Time, Seasonal) Class Act Photographers, Inc. is a family owned photography business that offers high-quality products and services to its customers. Our products and services include elementary & middle schools portraits, yearbook photography, undergraduates and sports teams. Position Summary: Located in Franklin Square, NY and reports to the Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Representative will provide administrative, product and customer service support to our schools, students, and company staff. Responsibilities: Answering of Customer Service department phone lines, in order to answer customer questions, and do problem research and resolution of customer concerns. Perform data entry into company software programs, in order to assist customers in placing orders. Complete filing tasks to assist in keeping track of customer orders. Place customer orders that are called in over the phone. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and service is a priority. Experience with Windows-based software including Word and Excel. Experience in handling a large call volume in a fast paced environment. Must be well organized. Previous customer service experience a must. Position is full time seasonal with possibility of overtime. Full time hours: 8-4 Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal Salary: $17.00 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Overtime COVID-19 considerations: We follow the CDC guidelines.
