Great Day Improvements is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join their team in East Brunswick, NJ. The role involves actively seeking and engaging customer prospects to boost revenue growth and customer acquisition while developing innovative strategies to achieve sales goals.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every callBe knowledgeable about our company products and servicesIdentify prospective customers, lead generation and conversionContact new and existing customers to discuss needsEmphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problemsAnswer questions about the productsMake outgoing calls to confirm appointmentsManage call outgoing call follow upsIncoming calls and responding to customers’ requestsBook appointments with a high degree of data accuracyMaintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basisIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsResponsible for adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customersEducates clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing informationMaintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelinesKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsSkillsHigh school graduate or G.E.DA minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center are customer service is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneouslyExperience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirementsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillsMust have strong selling ability over the telephoneAbility to overcome objections and gain customer commitmentRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackMaintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shiftsAbility to have a flexible schedule during peak seasonSubject to background checkMust also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM To 11:00 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week)The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferredActive ListeningProblem SolvingTime ManagementAdaptabilityConfidenceCompany OverviewGreat Day Improvements, LLC is one of the largest direct-to-consumer (DTC) home remodeling platforms in the U.S. It was founded in 2011, and is headquartered in Twinsburg, Ohio, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
