As an Insurance Service Professional, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
Service existing insurance customers with payments, questions
Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
Serve your local community by helping them prepare for lifes uncertainties
Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
No insurance experience required but is a plus
Willing to obtain necessary Property & Casualty License
Confident, motivated individual
Comfortable with using computers and multiple applications
Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
