Overview:
Training starts at $50K
Top earners make over 120K (average is 81K)
This is no-pressure customer service (our customers are excited to buy appliances they need ASAP!)
Schedule:
No late nights!
We work a 4 ½ day work week!
Two consecutive days off in a row!
Weekends are required
Stores open between 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday, 11am-6pm Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
We take turns helping walk-in traffic (no cold calling!)
This is largely project management: manage the delivery and installation scheduling for your clients needs, communicate backorder updates, and help customers solve their appliance needs
Manage repeat customers needing products for rental and other property investments
Continue to train and develop product knowledge
Execute marketing programs and other company initiatives
