[Remote] Experienced Business Analyst - Provider Enrollment

As an Experienced Business Analyst - Provider Enrollment, you will work collaboratively with clients and teams to develop solutions and analyze processes related to healthcare provider enrollment.ResponsibilitiesAbility to work with the client, Gainwell business teams, Gainwell technical teams, and other vendors at all levels to identify and develop both business and technical solutions and resolve issuesAnalyze CoreMMIS reports to resolve discrepancies/errorsAbility to develop requirements, business designs, and business processes for required system changesDevelop and/or coordinate creation of ad hoc reports to monitor, support, and analyze all Provider Enrollment processesParticipate in both internal and external committees and workgroups as requested by the Provider Enrollment Supervisor and Provider Relations ManagerAbility to project a positive, professional attitude and a high degree of self-confidence in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that is client facingAbility to effectively manage time and work independently in a strong team environmentSkills9+ years of Business Analyst experience in Healthcare IndustryFamiliarity with private health insurance and Medicaid is required; learning curve is much greater without any knowledgePrior experience with health insurance to include knowledge of Member and Provider Relations, Systems Life Cycle, and Project ManagementStrong understanding and knowledge of accounting and finance functions within an organizationStrong written and oral communication skills.
