Handle user complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction. Educate users about platform features and updates to enhance their experience. Document and analyze customer interactions to contribute to service improvements. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues that require specialized knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends and changes within the social media landscape to provide relevant support. Requirements Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the social media or technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and effectively manage time. Proficiency in social media platforms and customer service tools. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. A genuine interest in social media trends and user engagement strategies.
