Responsibilities:
Licensing Completion: Successfully complete the licensing process in a timely manner.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and administrative support to the agent.
Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, solicit additional sales, and address or escalate issues as necessary.
Sales Recommendations: Offer personalized insurance coverage recommendations.
Lead Management: Actively make outbound calls from various lead sources.
Appointment Scheduling: Organize appointments with potential customers.
Sales Training: Initially shadow the agent to learn the consultative sales process, with the goal of independently managing sales activities.
