Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and support issues via phone, email, and chat in German and English. Provide accurate information regarding products and services related to the biotechnology industry. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner while maintaining customer satisfaction. Assist in processing orders and managing customer accounts efficiently and accurately. Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer queries are resolved entirely and satisfactorily. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and enhance service quality. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database. Requirements Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the biotechnology or related industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
