Customer Service Representative

Key Objectives Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide clear and accurate information about Aflac products, policies, and procedures. Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Assist customers with claims processing and policy updates as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and insights. Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably within insurance or financial services. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to explain complex information clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
