Key Responsibilities


Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to applicant queries.
Offer technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Navigate our computerized system to respond to and resolve applicant queries efficiently.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our application programs to provide expert support and guidance.
Identify areas for improvement in our workflows and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the applicant experience.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with applicants and provide personalized support.
Multitask with ease, handling a high volume of activity across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).


Essential Qualifications


2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Technical savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
U.S. work authorization required.


Preferred Qualifications


Bilingual or multilingual abilities, with proficiency in English/Chinese (Mandarin) or Spanish.
Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic environment.
Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule.
