Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of IonTuition, providing top-notch customer service to our diverse clientele. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to students of our clients Providing timely and professional responses to written communication, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all interactions Utilizing our CRM system to manage technical inquiries, follow up on customer issues, and update records with current demographic and contact information Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with the team Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement The Ideal Candidate: Skills, Qualities, and Experience To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at IonTuition, you should possess: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on customers' lives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers through effective communication and timely follow-up Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment A self-starting attitude, with a great degree of internal motivation and a willingness to learn and grow Technical skills, including the ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems, as well as troubleshoot common computer issues Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent (Required) At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection Why Join Our Team?
