Mister Sparky Electric of PA is seeking a reliable, professional Appointment Setter to help convert inbound leads into booked electrical service appointments.
This is a remote independent contractor position. You will contact homeowners, respond to leads, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and help ensure a great customer experience.
Compensation
Performance-Based Compensation:
ā¢ $10 per qualified appointment booked
ā¢ $10 when the appointment is completed
ā¢ $5 when the customer leaves a Google review
ā¢ $5 when a membership is sold
Monthly performance bonuses may be available.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Call new inbound leads immediately
ā¢ Respond to web forms and missed calls
ā¢ Contact leads from Google, Angi, Thumbtack, referrals, and website inquiries
ā¢ Confirm upcoming appointments
ā¢ Reschedule canceled appointments
ā¢ Follow up on unsold estimates
ā¢ Request Google reviews after completed jobs
ā¢ Maintain detailed notes in company systems
Requirements
ā¢ Excellent spoken and written English
ā¢ Professional phone presence
ā¢ Reliable high-speed internet
ā¢ Quiet home office
ā¢ Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
ā¢ Experience in customer service, appointment setting, dispatching, sales support, or call centers preferred

Qualified Appointment Requirements
To qualify for compensation, appointments must:
ā¢ Client must be located within our service area
ā¢ Include a valid phone number and address
ā¢ Be scheduled in company software
ā¢ Not be duplicate leads
ā¢ Not be spam or solicitation calls
ā¢ Remain scheduled through the appointment date
