As a customer service representative, you’ll handle calls for many departments within a busy office setting. This is not a remote position, in person attendance is mandatory.What you will be doing:Answer a variety of calls including appointment requests, maintenance plan renewals, payments, registration requests, etc. 70-120/dayMake outbound callsAnswer chat requests on lineRespond to website inquiries for appointmentsEnter and maintain customer data within the systemProcess maintenance agreements and invoice paymentsCross train to assist in supporting other office functionsWhat you must have:Strong multi-taskerMinimum (1) customer service experienceExcellent communication skills, demonstrated listening and written/verbal communicationComputer ProficiencyUrgency in handling each call in the most efficient, effective way possibleExcellent customer service, empathy is a mustProblem solving skillsFamiliarity with the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry (Highly preferred)Service Titan Experience (Highly preferred)Other Information:Benefits401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceScheduleMonday to Friday 8am-5pmEducationHigh School Diploma or GEDThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, employees will perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
