Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities...
Ā Respond to incoming calls, and make occasional outbound calls.
Ā Utilize standard technology such as computer, telephone, email, and web browser to complete work tasks.
Ā Complete basic call-related input in computer terminal to phone inquiries.
Ā Responds to all inquiries consistent with confidentiality and privacy policies and refers callers to alternate sources when appropriate.
Ā Handle and resolve escalated issues, including on-site challenges.
Ā Provide general customer service support, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Ā Conduct verification calls to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Ā Multi-task effectively while staying organized and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualities:
Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
Accurate and extremely thorough
