Participate in training sessions and apply knowledge to enhance service delivery
Use data analytics to identify call trends and report findings
Escalate critical issues to supervisors or management as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of contact center or related customer service experience
At least 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
Must be a US Citizen
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual in Spanish
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration
