Manager, Accounts Receivable (Hybrid/Remote)
Join our innovative team at workwarp as a Manager, Accounts Receivable! We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Accounts Receivable team in a hybrid/remote setting. As a Manager, Accounts Receivable, you will play a critical role in driving revenue cycle success for our ambulatory surgery center clients.
About the Role:
Manage a team of Accounts Receivable professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations
Develop and implement effective team structures, processes, and strategies to drive results and maximize efficiency
Partner with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Serve as a subject matter expert for Accounts Receivable inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
Analyze and report on key performance indicators to optimize client account management
Foster a culture of urgency and effective communication within the team
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a focus on healthcare revenue cycle management
3+ years of experience with claims processing and management in the healthcare industry
Strong analytical skills, with proven success in leading process improvement initiatives and project management
Advanced knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Liability, and Workerβs Compensation requirements and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level expertise
Knowledge of and ability to comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality policies
Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle management, with experience in ASC billing preferred
Epic experience strongly preferred
Experience creating and delivering client-facing content and presentations
