Identifying customer needs through active listening and clarifying questions, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Proactively learning new information, reporting customer concerns, and sharing best practices with the team to continuously improve our customer support services. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Support Professional at blithequark, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Proficient computer skills, including keyboarding, and basic practical math, reading, and comprehension abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. Reliable hardwired internet connection and USB headset. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a remote or call center environment.
