As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores. **Overview** As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating associates to provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times. You'll work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to ensure a customer-first focus is a top priority while friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer service remain top of mind.
