About the Role As a part-time customer support representative, you'll be responsible for building relationships with our customers and providing them with exceptional service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including planning special trips or lifestyles and helping them with all their daily needs. Developing your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing coaching, while learning what it means to continually set the standard for world-class customer service. Improving our processes and procedures to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as necessary. Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and priorities. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work in a metric-driven environment, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
