What Is Required (Qualifications)
6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent
Residence within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD
Proficiency using a computer
18 years of age or older
Willingness to undergo drug testing, background investigation, and fingerprinting
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a related healthcare field
