Qualifications • High school diploma/GED. • Three (3) years of experience in utilities customer service, and/or billing. Key Responsibilities • Oversees and coordinates the daily customer and field service functions for water, sewer, and irrigation accounts. Customer Service functions are performed daily and include reviewing workflow, email, staffing, and ensuring timely completion of related tasks. • Responds to customer concerns by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns through various communications channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Coordinates with other staff to ensure timely handling of issues requiring Field Service support. This includes new, delinquent, and closed accounts. • Implements operational techniques, proper policy, and procedures, and any other related requirements to maximize operating efficiency of staff. Ensures compliance with applicable Ordinances, Financial Services Policies and Procedures, Administrative Regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). • Provides technical support to staff as it relates to customer service and field service functions. Coordinates the efficient utilization of customer contact center artificial intelligence systems. Looked upon as a subject matter expert for related software and applications.
