 Guide customers towards vehicles in the CarMax inventory that meet their requirements
 Assist customers throughout the car buying journey, from online sales to financing and delivery arrangements
 Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing for a superior customer service experience
 Mentor other team members as your skillset expands
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Preferably sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
 Strong listening skills and customer focus
 High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
 Open availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
 Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role in the automotive industry
