Position Details: Full Time, 40 hours each between the following days and times
Ā Monday-Wednesday, 7:30AM-5:30PM
Ā Thursday-Friday, 7:30AM-6:00PM
Ā Saturday, 8:00AM-2:00PM (rotational weekends)
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00-$23.00 *Based on level of experience
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Bank Specialist (CRC Specialist) to join our call center banking team. The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships. In this role, you will work closely with our internal and external customers providing best-in-class customer service. Hybrid working capabilities available!

Hourly pay based on level of experience
CRC Specialist: $18.00 - $23.00
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Ā 1 to 3 years related banking and customer service support experience preferred
Ā Ability to communicate professionally using various communication channels including telephone, email and online chat
Ā Ability to listen, receive and understand messages conveyed by others and to speak clearly and succinctly
Ā Must be service focused and demonstrate the ability to maintain ongoing customer relationships
Ā Ability to maintain composure in challenging interpersonal situations
Ā Ability to learn quickly and apply an analytical thought process for problem solving
Ā Exceptional communication skills
Ā Requires strong personal computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong attention to detail in spelling, grammar and email etiquette
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ā Serves as a professional representative of NHMB affiliates, Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank and Savings Bank of Walpole, through all customer interactions, including telephone, email and online chat
Ā Responsible for identifying customer needs, clarifying information, answering questions and processing requests
Ā Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering excellent account and service support to customers by placing appropriate emphasis on first call resolution and speed of response
