### Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at L Brands, you will be responsible for the following:

- **Customer Interaction:** Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, utilizing solid decision-making skills while ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain expert knowledge of L Brands' products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and enhance the customer experience.

- **Operational Support:** Support various operational tasks, including processing orders, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

- **Data Entry:** Accurately input customer information and feedback into the organization's database and ensure all records are updated.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and management to share insights and suggest innovations that can improve customer service processes.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience.

- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training sessions and stay informed about product updates and company policies.

### Requirements

#### Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
